PICTURE BOOK THEATRE TOURING REQUIREMENTS

  • Stage space minimum of 16' x 30' with wings.

  • Dressing room space for four dancers.

  • Permission to sell production books in lobby for public performances.

  • Microphone for Director to talk from stage.

  • Base fee of  $1000 per 45-60 minute program that includes two shows.

  • Second or third program same day $400 each.

  • Additional fee to cover accommodation expenses.

  • Three hour load-in and set-up time.

  • Two hour strike time.

All the above is negotiable

COMPANY WILL PROVIDE

  • Up to three programs per day per weekend.

  • Up to two programs per weekday for bussed in school children.

  • Pre-performance introduction.

  • Talk-back by director after each performance.

 

. . .Therese Donohue shared generously of herself after the show during the “talkback”  She is amazing—a genius---and has the vision and ability to carry this gift  through all the difficulties that such a production presents and consistently gives us these wonderful interludes in our busy and stressful lives.  What she does and gives to us is precious and we are blessed to have her in our community. I, for one, left the auditorium filled with appreciation and joy for having been a part of this shared experience.
